Board of Steward's Meetings
Meetings are held the third Tuesday of every month from September through June. There are no Meetings in July and August. Social gatherings begin at 5:30 pm and last until 6:00 pm. Dinner is served from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and meetings are usually from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm. All members of the Welsh Society and intersted parties are welcome to attend. If you wish to join us, please contact us at least a day ahead of the meeting so that we can let the venue know how many to expect.
